The US Forest Service's National Technology and Development Program (NTDP) facility, located
in San Dimas, CA, requires 24-hour monitoring and maintenance services for its burglar and fire
alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of employees and government property. This
contract also includes the maintenance of the surveillance system, which comprises a monitor,
seven cameras and a Network Video Recorder (NVR). The facility consists of four main buildings,
and the comprehensive security system includes new panels, cellular communication and an IPbased
camera network.
