The San Diego Workforce Partnership (SDWP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) from qualified contractors to provide insights into the workforce needs of youth in San Diego and how they are represented by region, the types and numbers of youth providers in those regions, and what the gap in services are in those regions. SDWP seeks to engage a qualified contractor to provide analysis of youth populations, workforce services providers serving each youth population (ages 14-24) in each of four San Diego regions, and a gap analysis of service provision in each region. The regions are defined by 2022 Public Use Microdata Areas and will be provided to the awardee. This analysis will support strategic planning and improved resource distribution within the San Diego County area.
