The purpose of these monitoring and reporting services is to enable the California Military Department (CMD) to comply with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Division of Drinking Water requirements. By complying with the regulations and requirements, we can ensure that the two permitted water systems (Camp Roberts, a Non-transient Non-community Public Water System (NTNC PWS), PWS CA 2710705, and McMillian Airfield, a separate Transient Non-Community PWS (TNC PWS)) located on-site provide clean drinking water. Specifically, the Contractor Shall complete all sampling requirements at drinking water supply wells, drinking water taps and other locations as applicable (see Section 2.1.2 below) to ensure compliance with all applicable permit requirements for both Camp Roberts (NTNC PWS) and McMillian Airfield (TNC PWS). The Contractor shall also complete sampling and analysis for the unregulated well located at TUAS. Sample analysis will be conducted by an analytical laboratory certified by the California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP).
