Planting Justice at the Sacramento Tree Nursery is a 4.25 acre site and is located in the City of Sacramento in the Mangan Park neighborhood adjacent to Sacramento Executive Airport. The project is bounded by 34th Street to the north, Executive Airport to the south, Mangan Park to the east, and private property to the west. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction in a complete and satisfactory condition as shown on the following contract improvement plans generally described as follows: 1. Planting Justice at the Sacramento Tree Nursery (4.25 Acres) Construct Garden/Site Improvements for the site including but not limited to finish grading, domestic water service, irrigation, concrete, asphalt concrete, security lighting and site electrical and other site amenities as included in the plans and specifications for the project.
