Provide professional architectural and engineering services for the demolition and abatement of various state office buildings in the downtown Sacramento area. The project consists of the potential for complete demolition and/or abatement of various state office buildings. Demolition and abatement to include but not limited to related building foundations, utilities within the property boundaries, relocating utilities and any Fire Life Safety that services adjacent buildings that will remain, coordination with the states 3rd party CEQA consultant and leaving behind a clean site for future development. Demolition or abatement may involve asbestos and lead containing materials or other hazardous materials requiring abatement design, air monitoring and observation.
