The County of Orange, Registrar of Voters - OC Printing & Graphics, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for wide format substrate . The awarded Contract(s), (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder(s), (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work (Attachment A). Multiple contracts may be awarded. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. OC Printing & Graphics (OC P&G) is the full service print shop of the Registrar of Voters (ROV) that provides critical election printing and mailing needs. In addition to supporting the needs of the ROV, OC P&G also supports the printing needs of other County departments, as well as local municipalities. Multiple contracts may be awarded.
