Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contech StormFilter Vaults Contech StormFilter Vaults: Inspect and clean the vaults including Contech StormGate Diversion structures semi-annually. Typically, maintenance should occur around March and September of each calendar year. Remove trash, debris, and sediment. Pressure wash, collect the wastewater, and dispose of wastewater at an off-site location in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. Contech StormFilter cartridges shall be replaced annually.; JWA has four (4) Contech StormFilters and one (1) MWS described below and shown on MAP: • Terminal C Airport Expansion – One (1) Contech StormFilter Vault (7 ZPG filters cartridges) with a Contech StormGate diversion structure. See Attachment C for a photo log of the BMPs and WQMP Figure.; • Parking Structure C – Three (3) Contech StormFilter Vaults (4 ZPG filter cartridges for the Air Cargo System and 6 ZPG filter cartridges each for Systems B and C). Each system has a Contech StormGate diversion structure. See Attachment D for a photo log of the BMPs, and figures and product specification sheets from the WQMP.; 2. Modular Wetland System (MWS) MWS: Inspect and clean semi-annually. Typically, maintenance should occur around March and September of each calendar year. Clean the separation chamber removing trash, debris, and sediment. Pressure wash during cleaning, collect material and wastewater and dispose at an off-site location in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. Replace BioGreen filter media during the 2021- 2022 contract period. Replace vegetation, if dead or missing, as directed by JWA.; JWA has one Modular Wetland System: • Maintenance Building – One (1) MWS. See Attachment E for a photo log of the BMPs, and figures and product specification sheets from the WQMP.; 3. Curb Inlet Filter, Flat-Grated Filter, and Trench Drain Filter Inserts JWA has 21 catch basin inserts throughout the airport and one loading dock sump and pump described further below and as shown on MAP.; i. Central Utility Plant – Two (2) Kristar FloGard Plus catch basin insert filters. See Attachment F for a photo log of the BMPs and figure and product specification sheets from the WQMP.; ii. Bristol Street Stabilization Project – Seven (7) Revel Environmental Manufacturing (REM) Triton Filter Inserts. See Attachment G for a photo log of the BMPs, figure from the WQMP, and REM Triton Filter Insert product specification sheet.; iii. Maintenance Building – Five (5) Curb Inlet Catch Basins with FloGard Plus Filter Inserts, three; (3) flat-grated inlets with FloGard filter inserts, two (2) Kristar FloGard LoPro trench drain filter inserts, and one (1) loading dock sump and pump.
