The City of San Juan Capistrano (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms that specialize in storm water master planning, design, and storm drain fee assessments for municipalities to update the City’s 1969 Strom Drain System Master Plan (Attachment “B”). As-built plans and GIS files will be provided upon request. The Strom Drain Master Plan (SDMP) will include the complete mapping of the City storm drain system and production of storm drain GIS layers, hydraulic analysis, complete hydrology model, and an analysis of the existing system with recommendations for future Capital Improvement Projects in keeping with Low Impact Development and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System considerations and downstream capacity restrictions.
