Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. At a minimum, two 800 HP boilers with a capacity of 27,500 lbs/hr each, Package Firetube Boiler designed at 150 pounds per square inch gauge pressure, firing natural gas or propane. Other configurations of PFBPU’s which meet or exceed the minimum capacity rating of 55,000 lbs./hr. are acceptable. B. Low NOx Burner(s) that will meet YSAQMD Permit/Rule Regulatory requirements C. Main Electrical rating requirements: 480 VAC, 3 Phase, 80 amps D. Gas regulator with gas meter E. Control Panel F. Valve Trim (Header, safeties, Blowdown, etc.) G. Duplex Feedwater System/Condensate Return Tank H. Blowdown Tank with After Cooler I. Operating Manuals for CMF Plant Operations Staff Reference and Office File J. All equipment shall be securely mounted to a mobile trailer unit or to appropriate platform to support PFBPU system and related equipment.
