2.1 PROJECT OBJECTIVES o High Volume, High Quality spay and neuter services o Perform at a minimum of 200 spays and neuters per clinic 2.2 PROJECT SCOPE o Procedures will be performed at the Animal Shelter’s newly purchased Pet Wellness and Adoption Center. o Services will include pre-surgical examinations, anesthesia and pain management, sterilization procedures, and post-operative care in compliance with all state and federal veterinary medical regulations. o Vendor will collaborate with the Animal Services staff to support outreach and scheduling, with priority given to underserved residents and pet owners who may otherwise lack access to affordable veterinary care. o Vendor will provide regular reports on the number and type of animals served to ensure transparency and accountability.
