Contractor shall provide all required testing and certifications of the fuel storage tank monitoring systems, vapor recovery systems, and product lines, or any other fueling components as required by the regulations mandated by Federal, State, Health, and Safety Code and each local agency i.e., County, City, and Air Pollution Control District. Contractor shall schedule required testing with each local agency and the individual CHP Area’s Auto Technician. Contractor shall provide a copy of the results to the CHP Area Facility, the Facilities Section Coordinator (FSC) in Sacramento and all local permitting agencies within thirty (30) days. CHP area representative from each office shall be notified of schedule testing within two (2) weeks of test date. Check with CHP area representative to verify the fuel level in the tank to see if test can be performed. If Contractor arrives to perform testing without confirmation from the CHP area representative and testing could not be completed due to fuel level the CHP will not be held responsible for the costs incurred by the Contractor. 7. TESTING SCHEDULE AND SPECIFICATIONS Contractor shall check with all local implementing agencies prior to testing to ensure all testing is performed within proper procedures and within California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Orders for Aboveground Storage (AST) and Underground Storage tanks (UST). Contractor shall perform testing within the testing schedule of the local agencies. If testing is not met and CHP receives a penalty/fine, the Contractor will be responsible for payment of penalty/fine. A. For facilities with ASTs, annual testing requirements must be met. Contractor shall perform testing within the testing schedule of local agencies. F. For facilities with USTs, testing is required both annually and some components are required to be tested every three years. Contractor shall perform testing within the testing schedule of local agencies. G. Sites that have Healy Model 9961 Clean Air Separator and VST (Vapor System Technologies) Phase II EVR (Enhanced Vapor Recovery) System with Veeder Root canister must perform testing in accordance with most current edition of CARB EO (Executive Order) 201 and EO 203
