Software Functional Requirements: Web-based application with additional native mobile applications for Apple IOS and Android devices. Claims Management System: System must have ability to manage and process claims, including verification, documentation, and processing of compensation requests. Support Services Integration: Must have integrated access to support services such as counseling, legal aid, medical assistance, and other victim resources within the application. Communication and Notifications: Must have communication channels such as email, text, and mobile app notification to update victims on the status of their claims and to provide necessary information throughout the process (such as when claims are received, when documents are updated, when claims are processed, etc.)
