Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Physical and educational activities focusing on improving the quality of life and facilitate the aging-in-place process for seniors and residents with disabilities; 2. Services and activities focused on recreational, social, cultural programing and events; 3. Comprehensive Youth Development Programs provided on weekdays throughout the school year for a minimum 20 hours per week, and 50 hours during regular LAUSD-scheduled breaks, including Summer and Winter Periods. Programming should be available to all School-aged youth and provide a minimum of: homework help and academic enrichment tailored to getting youth to grade level reading and math skills and integrating STEM learning; 4. Digital literacy and development of career pathways; 5. College readiness and mentorship; 6. Enrichment activities in arts and music; 7. Mental health awareness and mindfulness, including classes in meditation, yoga, gardening, community service and teen support to promote healthy living and reduction of addictive behaviors; 8. Recreation activities, including team sports utilizing Pueblo Del Sol outdoor amenities and in collaboration with LAUSD or other recreation centers in the area; 9. Field trips for enrichment;
