Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Service shall be furnished seven (7) days a week during snowy/icy weather. Most plowing and hauling will be performed during early a.m. hours.; B. Sidewalks and typical path of travel must be kept free of snow and ice during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding state holidays.; C. Contractor shall be available to the CHP on-site contact person twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, in the event of an emergency.; Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, services and supplies needed for snow and ice removal as described herein. This includes shoveling, snow hauling, de-icing, ice control and sidewalk clearing.; Prior to commencement of the winter season, but no later than mid-October, the contractor will be required to meet with the CHP on-site contact for a pre-service conference.; Contractor must haul and dispose of all snow and ice off-site. Contractor must follow any/all county or city ordinances regarding snow dumping.
