Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish supplies, materials, tools, equipment, shoveling, snow hauling, de-icing and ice control and sidewalk clearing, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Snow and Ice Removal services. A. Service shall be furnished seven (7) days a week during snowy/icy weather. Most plowing and hauling will be performed during early a.m. hours. B. Sidewalks and typical path of travel must be kept free of snow and ice during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding state holidays. C. Contractor shall be available to the CHP on-site contact person twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, in the event of an emergency.
