MOLDBOARD ASSEMBLY: A complete moldboard assembly shall be built and supplied in accordance with State of California Drawings D2-D087-01 thru D2-D087- 07. 2. PLOW KIT: A plow mounting kit shall be built and assembled in accordance with the remaining supplied drawings. All components other than the moldboard assembly, including all fastening hardware, shall be supplied as a separate complete assembly referred to as the “plow kit”. 3. MISCELLANEOUS: a. Prospective bidders may view a finished unit by contacting the buyer. b. Each moldboard and plow kit shall be permanently labeled with a distinct serial number. c. Plows may be shipped as specified component parts. However, all complete matching component parts shall be assembled at the vendor's plant not less than once to assure proper fit and alignment. All parts not connected to the moldboard (e.g. Head Frame, Drive Frame, Lift Arm, hydraulic cylinders, etc.) shall be palletized and secured on a pallet.
