Contractor will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Airport’s current Safety Management System (SMS) implementation plan in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations (14 CFR § 139.E). This evaluation will include a thorough document review, onsite meetings, and participation in risk assessments. Based on this analysis, the Contractor will develop a Current State Assessment Report, providing Airport leadership with an objective evaluation of the SMS and actionable recommendations for improvement. These recommendations will address processes, staffing, and both current and anticipated regulatory requirements. Following the release of the report, the Contractor will prepare and deliver a Current State Assessment Presentation to Airport staff, summarizing key findings and proposed enhancements to the SMS. The following work tasks are considered necessary for conducting the assessment of the Airport’s SMS and delivering the Current State Assessment Report and Current State Assessment Presentation.
