Must be able to install specialized amber/emergency lighting systems, toolboxes, fluid storage tanks, low voltage electric dispensing pumps, aluminum utility beds, push bumpers, air compressors, aluminum liftgates, and custom metal/plastic/wood fabrication. Installation of on-board computers, antennas, routers, and radio systems. Vendor shall provide vehicle cleaning and detailing services for vehicles on an as needed basis and after any upfitting. Upfitting may include, but is not limited to the installation of the following: Provide and install Whelen liberty II lightbar, siren and controller, M6 2 in 1 combination warning and perimeter light, seamless motion spotlight with 360 degree continues rotation and 180-degree tilt fully remote controlled or approved equal Provide and install HAVIS mounts for computer or tablets with USB-c charging capabilities for external devices with key on engine off Provide and install rear cargo storage box in black powder coat finish, heavy duty, light weight aircraft grade aluminum construction, with 300lb capacity and lock in and lock out drawer system and electronics storage system Provide and install Heavy-duty push bumper with forward extensions and rollers Provide and install aluminum truck bed toolboxes, ultra rugged full bed drawer systems and be weatherproof Provide and install utility service bed (if required) All Compartment Doors to be secured by center welded hinge and individual locking compartments with same key. Provide and install adjustable horizontal ladder racks with minimum of 250 lb. capacity Provide and install truck mount air compressor with max operating pressure of 175 psi and 15.7 cfm, electric start, and 2 stage generators Provide and install 2200w pure sine power invertor or approved equal, with key on engine on Provide and install Spray on liner - Complete Bed Area and side walls including bulkhead and all bottom floor compartments Provide and install 20-gallon stainless steel coolant tank and 50’ hose reel with mechanical quantity display and 12v electrical dispenser pump Provide and install 10-gallon stainless steel motor oil tank and 50’ hose reel with mechanical quantity display and 12v electrical dispenser pump Relocate existing backup camera and rear sensor from original pickup bed to utility body. Body panels that have been painted shall not have drips, fisheye marks, or dirt or other debris within painted surfaces. Body panels shall be installed in a uniform manner using OEM approved materials and methods. Fit and finish shall meet or exceed OEM specification. The use of double stick tape shall only be used in areas that are approved by the OEM. All decals shall be installed prior to delivery of the vehicle.
