The project includes the following features: three (3) tennis courts, three (3) combination tennis/pickleball courts, and one (1) single tennis/pickleball court. A restroom building will also be included, with four (4) gender-neutral restrooms and one (1) utility/janitor’s room. Additionally, two (2) storage buildings, named Storage 1 and Storage 2, will be part of the project. There will also be shade structures, consisting of full cantilever hip-joined tension sails with three points. The total area of the shade structures will be 1,400 GSF. The improvements to the site will include driveways, a parking lot, site lighting, landscaping, fencing, accessible paths, bleachers, and gathering areas. The project includes the removal and abatement of existing underground utilities containing hazardous materials.
