SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (SLAC) is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.
SLAC is seeking a café operator to provide comprehensive food services, including managing and operating the on-site cafeteria in Building 53 for up to 1,600 SLAC employees and guests and catering services.
You are invited to submit a fixed price proposal in accordance with the Line Items in Section B of this RFP and the proposal preparation requirements and other applicable provided documents. Your proposal must be received no later than Friday, January 31, 2025, 5:00 PM Pacific, and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions can be provided by electronic files in PDF or any digital format.
