With approximately 36,000 students and nearly 4,300 employees, SJSU is an essential partner in the economic, cultural, and social development of Silicon Valley and California. The Student Wellness Center at San José State University needs an extensive electronic health record (EHR) system that will provide continued customer service support after launching and can customize the system to meet the needs of the integrated services, Student Health Services, Counseling, and Psychological Counseling, and Wellness and Health Promotion at the SWC. San José State University has issued this RFP to obtain proposals from qualified suppliers to provide goods and/or services related to electronic health records. SJSU intends to enter into a 5-year contract with one contractor. This contract is meant to secure product availability, price protections, and quick turnaround times for an Electronic Health Record for the Student Wellness Services, Counseling and Psychological Counseling, and Wellness and Health Promotion at SJSU.
