San José State is unique in its storied and long history of student civil rights activism, service to firstgeneration student populations, racial and ethnic diversity, and location in the vibrant cultural communities and robust economy of the Silicon Valley of California. o Student Demographics o Employee Demographics The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals from qualified Contractors to provide a comprehensive, user-friendly platform for faculty data management and reporting, particularly faculty activity reporting, faculty lifecycle, and multiple evaluations of all faculty, including retention, tenure, and promotion of tenure-track faculty. SJSU intends to enter into a three-year contract with one or more Contractors, with the option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year terms. The University has the right to contract on all or separate modules.
