SSI is seeking innovative and expansive proposals that will not only represent a significant financial investment in SJSU but will also enhance and expand the campus community’s patronage of the Spartan Bookstore and will contribute significantly to the quality of academic success and support of the University's strategic initiatives. The selected Vendor is expected to exceed industry standards for operation, management, and service to support the needs of the entire SJSU community. A key priority for the Vendor is to engage with University leadership (e.g., Strategic partner to the Vice President of Administration & Finance and operational teams), students, faculty, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive customer experience when doing business with the Spartan Bookstore.
