Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractors shall maintain an STRTP license from the State of California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Community Care Licensing (CCL) Division in order to provide an integrated program that offers a continuum of specialized residential care services and supervision, therapeutic interventions to stabilize the child/youth, mental health services and supports, culturally relevant services, trauma informed intervention and treatment practices, and Child and Family Teams (CFTs) to engage the child/youth and family in assessing, planning, and delivering appropriate services and supports in a short-term 24-hour care facility for youth placed by the County of San Diego (County), Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Child and Family Well-Being Department (CFWB) or the County of San Diego Probation Department (Probation). Contractor shall ensure that the children/youth served are provided all the appropriate individual core services and supports that are outlined in the STRTP program statement requirement and identified on the individual Needs and Services Plan (NSP). The core services include, but are not limited to, Medi-Cal specialty mental health services, transition support services, and education, physical, behavioral, and mental health supports, (including extracurricular activities and social supports), activities designed to support achieving a successful adulthood and services to achieve permanency.
