The Shore Power Feeder Replacement Project is for the repair and replacement of certain electrical distribution feeders, ductbanks, and manholes at Naval Base San Diego. The work shall include but not limited to demolition, excavation, backfilling, and debris removal. The work will also include the furnishing of all labor and procuring of all materials for installation of the duct-banks, electrical vaults, manholes, grounding, underground electrical cables, fiber optic cables, underground conduit, conductors, providing connections to the system, related structural work, and other ancillary items to provide a complete and operational system. Provide all labor necessary to complete testing, start-up, and initial preventative maintenance to comply with testing procedures.
