MUD is soliciting proposals for website design, development, and maintenance to support the objectives of SmartSacramento Pricing Pilot. Nine distinct websites will be developed to support each of the different treatment groups and will be hosted by SMUD for the duration of the pilot. The SmartSacramento Pricing Pilot websites will initially function as a recruitment tool to encourage participation in the new pricing plans and then function to educate customers on ways to best take advantage of the new pricing plans, offer energy saving tips, and provide ongoing program support and communication. The total amount available for the website including design, coding, multi-media development, and two-year maintenance will not exceed $200,000. SMUD will retain ownership of all work developed.
