Contractor shall conduct a review of all relevant documents, including previous County-led studies, surveys, and reports related to the Tijuana River pollution crisis, as well as media coverage and other pertinent materials in the public domain. The Consultant shall have a broad understanding of the U.S.–Mexico relationship and agreements through diplomatic channels, as well as an understanding of the Cali-Baja mega-region. 5.2.2. Data Sourcing: Contractor shall identify and secure access to necessary data sets, including: 5.2.2.1.1. Coastal visitation and tourism data 5.2.2.1.2. Property value data for affected and comparison areas 5.2.2.1.3. Business revenue data (utilizing local economic data, previous surveys, and other available data sources. 5.2.2.1.4.
