Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall coordinate program activities by arranging for and scheduling educational presentations, evidencebased health programs, evidence-based technology training programs, intergenerational programs, nutrition education, recreation/travel programs, and information-sharing events for seniors age 50 and older. Contractor shall also provide resources and volunteer opportunities. ; 4.1.1. Contractor shall obtain at least eighty-five percent (85%) satisfaction rate from seniors who have attended contractor’s programs and trainings as measured in the client satisfaction surveys. An AIS preapproved customer satisfaction survey will be offered to all participants; 4.2.1. Contractor shall serve a minimum 300 seniors annually. 4.2.2. Contractor shall arrange for, maintain, and schedule, a minimum of one hundred (100) diverse educational events and programs per quarter. 4.2.3. Contractor will offer events and programs to meet the needs of older adults from varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds. 4.2.4. Contractor shall annually maintain a minimum of thirty (30) volunteers, maintain a schedule of volunteer opportunities, and engage those volunteers in various aspects of program support such as center volunteers, travel, and ambassadors. 4.2.5. Contractor shall recruit, train, place, and support a minimum of three hundred (300) intergenerational program volunteers per year. Intergenerational volunteers provide tutoring, and mentoring for minors.
