Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Oxnard invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal for Uniformed Security Services for the Dallas Cowboys Summer Training Camp. The tentative contractual term is for the period of July 12, 2013 through August 20, 2013. Vendor security services will include, but are not limited to: monitoring vehicle ingress and egress assisting guests with access needs and parking controls assisting staff in safety and emergency procedures preventing vandalism of the Facility, adjacent hotel property and vandalism of vehicles preventing and deterring trespassing maintaining the confidentiality of, event guests, and daily calendared events crowd control, including at midway gate areas, vendor area, and field area monitoring visitors who are entering the private areas of the event that are not accessible by the public and ensuring they have authorization to enter observing equipment vehicles, trailers, and rooms as instructed to prevent vandalism and theft observing and reporting all criminal and or suspicious activity providing daily contact and liaison with Oxnard Police Department personnel. Vendor shall notify designated City staff of any unauthorized activities and police in the event of an emergency.
