Specifications include, but are not limited to: SECURITY SERVICES CITYWIDE. All supervisors and personnel shall be qualified, trained, and experienced in providing security services asdirected herein. The Contractor shall certify that each employed Security Guard has received proper training .Personnel performing services under this contract shall possess a Security Guard License from the State ofArizona Department of Public Safety. It is against the law for an agency or individual to provide contractsecurity services if they are not licensed by the AZ DPS Licensing Unit. Supervision of staff working in City facilities will be provided at the Contractor's discretion. The City reservesthe right to request additional supervision should it deem that the supervision provided is inadequate.The Contractor shall maintain a regular, systematic inspection routine of premises by its supervisory employeesto the extent that the services outlined herein shall be performed in a professional and good workmanlike mannerat all times
