The following is a general outline of the scope of work for SCADA Professional Maintenance and Services for Water and Sewer. The proposal should contain the cost per hour as associated with the following: a. SCADA system integration during normal business hours (typical) b. Emergency Service Calls: The Consultant shall respond within one (1) hour following notification from a City of Alhambra representative; and provide a technician to physically be at the location within four (4) hours if needed or as requested c. As needed 24/7 response for SCADA system troubleshooting or failures (emergency situations only) d. On-site assistance as required, and by phone when possible (internet remote access will be granted, in unison with City staff) e. New Capital project review and integration (requires working with CIP projects if requested) f. PLC and HMI troubleshooting, programming, design and systems faults g. Communication and network systems support for proper delivery of SCADA operations h. Provide staff training on any new equipment or changes to existing SCADA processes i. Creating Operations and Maintenance manuals for any new equipment or changes outside of a separate CIP project j. Systems design, instrumentation calibration and coordination with City and outside vendors k. Coordinating entry to secure City properties with City staff when needed l. Provide staff the necessary equipment, computers, connections, cabling, safety equipment, etc. necessary to perform the work on the City’s facilities m. Coordinate and maintain all license and support contract documentation with software support services from third parties through City owned support agreements and with manufacturers of equipment n. Manage inventory of equipment and software o. City expectation of a 30-day completion time for any changes or additions to the current SCADA system, subject to parts or instrumentation delivery times p. Other SCADA related tasks requested by the city.
