Task 1: Project Management • Bi-Weekly project progress meetings • Project admin support • Assist the district during panel fabrications Task 2: Backhaul Network • Provide, install, configure and test all backhaul microwave radios per design drawings. This includes two (2) licensed 11GHz microwave links, three (3) licensed 23Ghz microwave links and required dish antennas. • Provide technical assistance to the district on creating dedicated fiber links between office and treatment plant SCADA servers • Provide and install all mounting hardware for backhaul radios on the existing mast except Underground location where a new GALV. Pipe will be installed. • Provide and install all CAT 6 outdoor grade cables required including surge arrestors • Facilitate and coordinate with FCC for five (5) PTP licensed links • Provide technical training on using, troubleshooting and maintaining radio equipment Task 3: AP and Remote Sites • Provide and install redundant-configured AP Stations, three (3) sector and one (1) omni antennas for the backhaul sites • Provide, install, configure and test remote radios in the existing panels at remote sites • Provide, install and align a new antenna on the existing mast at remote sites • Configure and test all radios
