Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this Scope of Work is to provide a framework and action plan to achieve a flexible, reliable, and comprehensive SCADA Master Plan. The Consultant is encouraged to suggest optional services that would be beneficial for a long-term planning document. The SCADA Master Plan shall prioritize recommendations, indicate steps needed to implement, and associated costs. The plan should account for and meet any state or federal recommendations including the City’s Risk and Resiliency Assessment. As part of the recent Risk and Resiliency Assessment, the City completed the AWWA Risk Management Guidance and Self-Assessment Tool that is used to assess cybersecurity threats. The Master plan will address and prioritize all SCADA related Priority 1-4 Controls listed in the assessment. Due to information sensitivity, these controls will be provided upon request after completion of a non-disclosure agreement.
