Replacement HMI software must meet the following requirements: • Compatible with all PLC’s, radios, and antennae listed above. • Minimum features of existing software elements, listed above. • Ability to expand all features by minimum of 20%. • Ability for City staff to add and edit screens, inputs/outputs, alarm points, and logic functions, either intrinsically, or through a supplemental developer license to be included in the bid. • Built in graphics library. • Ability to save and access cloud-based historical data, either intrinsically or through supplemental historian software, is to be included in the bid. • Ability to export data to Excel for reporting purposes. • Ability to send alarms from the system to one or more cellular telephones either intrinsically or through supplemental alarm software to be included in the bid. • Minimum of ten unique user profiles including adjustable user privileges. • Minimum of three concurrent user licenses. • Ability to access screens and view and manipulate data from iOS or Android mobile devices using an application, and from desktop computers via web. • Comply with industry standards including NERC CIP and ISA/IEC 62443. • Annual subscription to include automatic software updates. • Software must support multifactor authentication and single sign-on. • Cloud-based data available for more than one data center.
