Specifications include, but are not limited to:Proposer employs an adequate number of staff to achieve the Wraparound objectives for all children/families enrolled in services. County recommended staffing levels are six to eight cases per facilitator. B. Bilingual, Spanish speaking staff are available to meet the participants needs. C. Staff is provided with ongoing training to facilitate staff’s knowledge of Wraparound services. D. Potential employees are screened through the Department of Justice (“DOJ”). E. Proposer maintains all licenses required for the operation of the Wraparound services during the term of the agreement with the County. F. Proposer provides opportunities for families, public agency staff (e.g., social welfare, mental health, probation, and education), service providers, and community members to work collaboratively in planning system supports for implementing and sustaining Wraparound. G. The Agency has policies and procedures in place to ensure: 1. Family members are included in the design, development, and quality improvement of the Wraparound model. 2. The organization has a child, youth, and family advocacy and support program that is integrated with service planning, program development, service implementation, and quality improvement efforts. 3. Wraparound services and referral criteria do not exclude families because of the severity or nature of their needs. 4. The child and family team is the primary decision-making forum regarding strengths, needs, and service provision.
