Project limits for west area are Running Deer Rd. to the north, Lincoln St. to the west, Lake St. to the east and Northpoint St. to the south. Project limits for east area are Oakview Ln. to the north, Ontario Way to the west, Elena Ln. to the south and Beechwood Ln. to the east. Streets include Running Deer Road, Nectarine Way, Kiwi Way, Mango Way, Avocado Way, Rolando Road, Mountain Street, Navel Way, Valencia Way, Forest View, Orange Grove, Outrigger Street, Broadway Avenue, Northpoint Street. East area streets include Elena Ln., Cherrywood Ln., Okeechobee Ln., Sweetwood Ln., Stonewood Ln., Oakview Ln., Oaknoll Ln., Beechwood Ln. and Palomar St.
