Any potholes with over 4-inch radius will need to be patch. The purpose of this contract is to crack seal, slurry seal type II and stripe paint a parking area in the Salton Sea SRA parking area, according to the plans and specifications and the attached drawing and as directed by the state’s representative. The completed work shall be clean, sanitary, safe, presentable and ready for use intended. Pavement crack sealing consists of furbishing all labor, equipment, materials and performing all operations in connection with pavement crack sealing for cracks ¼” wide or wider, road patching if necessary, type II slurry seal shall provide for curing sufficiently to support traffic within 4 hours of application, “no parking” signs shall be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the work, the signs shall be placed no more than 100ft apart on each side of the entrance and the perimeter of the job site.
