A. Contractor shall provide Routine and Non-Routine plumbing services to replace or repair damaged parts and fixtures due to normal wear and tear, and/or vandalism, and shall include, but not limited to, the following: 1) Pipe and pipe fitting(s) from half inch (1/2") to two inches (2") Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), copper and galvanized pipe for potable water, sewage and irrigation components. 2) Plumbing fixtures located within the restrooms. 3) Pipe video inspection (camera) of sewer and drain lines, electronic leak detection, and electronic location of sewer lines, and pipes. 4) Hydro-Jetting to clear drains. B. Contractor shall possess and provide a Backhoe with Operator with Cage 580 or equivalent, and Dump Truck with Operator for excavation and removal of dirt or other debris to repair underground plumbing lines. Contractor shall possess and provide a Water Truck (3800 to 4000 gallons), Pump Truck (5000 gallons), and a Water Pump (three inches (3’) or larger) for flushing out plumbing lines when required...
