In general, the Contractor shall perform all work necessary to enhance safety and security which may include but not be limited to: crowd management/control, alcohol monitoring/management, parking & traffic control, street access control, crossing guard, ticket taking, ushering, line management, security screening, shuttle cart driving, dispatching, surveillance and report writing at certain Rose Bowl events, as directed in advance and in writing by the Rose Bowl General Manager or designee. In addition, Contractor shall meet all state certifications required by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”) where applicable as well as provide the required Train Crowd Manager (“TCM”) in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (“NFPA”) 101 Life Safety Code. A per number of staff for all Rose Bowl Events of one TCM to every 250 patrons. And if needed, will be able to provide the certificates confirming trained TCM staff.
