1. Contractor shall provide all necessary machinery, properly equipped vehicles, trucks, dumpsters, safety gear, hauling, disposal, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, personnel, labor and any other items needed to provide DSH with Roof Maintenance and Repair Services. 2. DSH is not permitting the use of subcontractors for this project. Any standard language in this IFB that refers to the use of subcontractors shall not apply to this agreement. 3. Services shall be performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local statutes, laws, rules, and regulations. 4. DSH is a forensic hospital located in Atascadero, CA, in San Luis Obispo County. DSH provides treatment to forensically and civilly committed patients within a secure treatment area. 5. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 17, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid.
