Specifications include, but are not limited to: The assessment will include the following facilities: • 3 Water Treatment Plants • 34 Tanks and Reservoirs including Floating Covers • 250 Pressure Reducing Stations • 40 Pump Stations; Phase A: Project Definition Phase: Review existing information and identify assessments and plans that can be incorporated into the RRA. Identify gaps against RRA requirements. Define the Assessment Phase approach and scope. Identify additional risks to the quality and reliability of water service including people, process, technology, and data-related risks. Phase B: Assessment Phase: Complete RRA against natural hazards (such as extreme weather events) of concern and physical security, including source water protection and cybersecurity of electronic, computer, automated systems, and the evaluation of capital and operational needs for risk and resilience management for the system. The assessment at a minimum must include: 1. The risk to the system from malevolent acts and natural hazards 2. The resilience of the pipes and constructed conveyances, physical barriers, source water, water collection and intake, pretreatment, treatment, storage and distribution facilities, electronic, computer, or other automated systems (including the security of such systems) which are utilized by the system 3.
