Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant shall complete necessary reports to comply with thereporting requirements in the grant conditions and will consult with the EPAProject Officer on the project and specific reporting needs. The consultantshall prepare and submit regular reports to the EPA, including QuarterlyProgress Reports, MBE/WBE Reports, and Annual Financial StatusReports. Quarterly Progress Reports will generally follow the format of theapproved work plan. It will include a list, by project task and budgetcategory, of expenses that will be invoiced and/or have been invoicedduring the reporting period. The Quarterly Progress Report will also includea description of cumulative expenditures to date by project task and budgetcategory. The Quarterly Budget Summaries will include information onrecipient's cost share. Property Profile Forms (PPFs) will be submittedinitially with the relevant Quarterly Report. Updated PPFs will be submittedeach quarter thereafter. The Agency shall submit the quarterly reports andPPFs electronically whenever possible. The Consultant shall be responsiblefor inputting project and PPF data into the USEPA Assessment, Cleanup &Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES) database. This database willbe viewed and updated quarterly, if needed.The Consultant shall write a Final Project Summary Report describing theinitial goals and objectives of the brownfields grant, accomplishments of thegoals and objectives, and any changes made implemented during the grantperiod. The report will highlight the lessons learned and describe futuretasks which will be necessary to complete the cleanup and redevelopmentof the sites. The report will describe resources leveraged during the project(other than the EPA grant), how they were used, and any resources thatmay be leveraged to continue the project after the expiration of thebrownfields grant. The report will include any supporting assessmentdocuments or summaries not previously provided. The Final SummaryReport will also include a final property profile (OMB NO. 2050-0192).
