The City of Lake Forest is seeking a qualified commercial real estate brokerage firm or retail recruitment consultant to provide retail recruitment services that build upon the City’s 2025 Shopping Center Analysis. The selected broker or consultant will assist the City in revitalizing and strengthening its commercial centers by identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality retail tenants. Services include developing recruitment strategies, marketing the City to prospective tenants, conducting outreach to property owners and business stakeholders, and participating in industry events such as the Las Vegas ICSC conference. The goal is to improve occupancy, diversify the retail and restaurant mix, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the City’s commercial centers.
