Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work under Contract Documents shall include all labor, materials, taxes, transport, handling, storage, supervision, administration, and all other items necessary for the satisfactory completion of Work, whether or not expressly specified or indicated. B. Work includes obtaining permits and providing an operational and fully functional wind energy system at 115 Hamilton Lane, Geyserville, California. C. A California Registered Contractor shall complete the installation. D. Verify eligibility of the project for the California Energy Commission (CEC) Emerging Renewables Program (ERP) and any relevant tax incentives. E. Provide a rated wind system, including 1. CEC- qualified wind turbine(s) 2. A CEC-qualified set of inverters 3. Pole mount installation 4. Wiring and components to provide power to the Treatment Plant and connect to the existing power grid 5. Grid Interconnect
