The City of Goleta does not currently have a software program in place and is excited to build a foundation that will benefit the organization and its patrons. The City of Goleta is seeking this opportunity to find a software which will support better business processes, opportunities for process improvements, to better support staff in the delivery of parks and recreation managements, to take advantage of best practices, and significantly improve the efficiency of City of Goleta. The City is seeking the services of a qualified firm with proven expertise and handson experience in developing, implementing and supporting the Parks and Recreation Management Software for local government. The project objective is to obtain a Parks and Recreation Management Software system to meet the current and future needs of the Goleta Parks, Recreation and Open Space Divisions. The City of Goleta is interested in a standard, fully hosted, tiered permissions, complete solution which can be customized to meet Goleta’s needs. The ideal software solution will enable the City to provide excellent customer service both in-person and online for business activities including but not limited to program administration, registration, memberships, payment processing, reporting facility scheduling, and rentals.
