3.1 Demolition and Preparation • Remove and properly dispose of the existing fire alarm control panel, associated devices, and cabling as needed. • Protect surrounding finishes, electrical infrastructure, and HVAC systems during work. • Maintain access to all areas of the Community Center during construction. 3.2 Installation • Furnish and install all components as outlined under the Notifier NFS-640 system, or City-approved equivalent. • Provide all wiring, terminations, device addressing, and labeling in accordance with NFPA 72. • Install: o One (1) Notifier NFS-640 Addressable Control Panel o One (1) Remote Annunciator (Lobby) o Two (2) Audio Message Generator/Amplifiers o One (1) Cellular Dialer o Twenty (20) HVAC duct detectors with test tubes o One (1) addressable smoke detector o Twenty (20) relay modules o Two (2) SLA 12V 26Ah batteries • Program the system, test all functions, and integrate with the existing central monitoring station
