The San Diego Unified School District (District) is soliciting written proposals from qualified vendors in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide reprographic services, online plan room, and hyperlinking services on an as needed basis. The services will support the Facilities Planning and Construction Department’s capital bond programs. The District is planning to award an agreement for two (2) years with options to extend up to three (3) years. This agreement may comprise multiple projects, will be authorized by individual task order, and will be coordinated with District representatives. Typical services will include, but are not limited to, reprographics, printing, delivery, online plan room, bid management, bid distribution services, and hyperlinking services.
