The City of Arroyo Grande Public Works Department is requesting a price quotation for all labor, materials, equipment, design, and services necessary to repair or replace guardrails as noted at the six locations described above in General Conditions and on the Site Maps in Exhibit A. Site Maps in Exhibit “A” show the six (6) project locations. 1. El Camino Real North of Grand Avenue, north of South County Animal Hospital East side – across from 407 El Camino Real 25 LF repair – start repairs 15 LF from the southernmost end north 25 LF Repairs include 5 new posts and 3 sections of guardrail 2. El Camino Real at Robles Road Northeast side of El Camino Real 80 LF installation (old guardrail already removed) 3. El Camino Real at Hillcrest Drive Northeast side of El Camino Real 80 LF of remove and replace 4. Oak Park Boulevard Southern End of Hwy. 101 Overpass East side of Oak Park Blvd., just north of El Camino Real 65 LF replace wood posts, all other steel and hardware is reusable. 5. 1500 Block of Hillcrest Drive a. North side of Hillcrest, between 1585 Hillcrest and Sierra Dr. 130 LF remove and replace b. Northwest side of Hillcrest, between 1585 Hillcrest Dr. and 1557 Hillcrest Dr. 140 LF remove and replace 6. West Branch Street north of Grand Avenue a. South side, across from between 234 and 268 W. Branch St. 460 LF remove and replace between existing drain inlet to east end
