The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roof system, including flashings, sheet metal, skylights, and associated mechanical/electrical components, in accordance with the project specifications. Work will involve demolition, substrate repairs, installation of a new 115 mil Sure-Weld TPO single-ply roofing system with insulation, cover board, drainage improvements, and walk pads. New flashing, coping, curbs, and Sunoptics skylights will be installed, along with the reinstallation or replacement of rooftop equipment, piping supports, and related accessories. The contractor will provide all necessary mobilization, permits, submittals, site maintenance, and final cleanup, and deliver both a 20-year manufacturer’s NDL warranty and a 5-year workmanship warranty, along with all closeout documentation.
