Contractor to furnish and install all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the work described herein and as shown on the drawings. The scope includes work required to support the replacement of multiple HVAC systems at the OPS building identified in the mechanical plans for this project, including the startup and testing of all electrical equipment shown and specified in order to provide a complete and operational electrical and control service to each of the mechanical units covered under this project. The building will remain occupied for the duration of this project. Schedule and coordinate all work with the PDC Chief of Plant Operations III or his designee to minimize disruptions to the existing system. Coordinate all work requiring temporary interruptions to minimize down time and restore operations as expediently as possible.
